Employers with no Health and Safety and Liability Records
The report shows employers who are missing upcoming health and safety checks or liability insurance (or both).
Parameters
- Employer centre - Filters by employers at the selected centres.
- Employers to show - The default option filters by employers who have neither an upcoming H&S check nor liability insurance. Alternatively you can filter by employers who are missing either of these.
- Exclude employers with no active learners - The default option of Yes excludes employers who have no learners currently in learning associated with them. The No option includes these employers.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, obsolete assessors will not be shown in the Associated Assessor column.
Layout
The report lists employers, and for each employer shows whether they have an upcoming health and safety check, whether they have liability insurance, their associated assessor (if any) and the number of active learners at the employer.
The upcoming health and safety check is determined by the field EMPLOYERINFO.U_FACTORYINFO, which is a date field. If the field has a date entered then the employer is considered to have an upcoming H&S check.
Liability insurance is determined by the field EMPLOYERINFO.U_INSEXPDATE, which is also a date field. If the field has a date entered then the employer is considered to have liability insurance.
